C-People... What the heck does that mean?

Career people?

Clever people?

Creative, considerate, classy, cooperative, corporate people?

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, and yes. And we're concerned people, too.

Here's our primary concern: that too many people are put into too many jobs where they are set up to fail… the wrong people put into the wrong jobs.

We never want to see that happen because we want win-win-win results:

  • An employer more than satisfied with their new employee
  • An employee happy with the new job
  • Both of them happy with the C-People recruiter who, knowing this was going to be the perfect match, introduced them.

It's a lose-lose-lose situation where the employee will quit and the employer will never use that recruiter again. We don't like those kinds of situations, so we don't get into them. If we cannot find the perfect employer for a candidate or the perfect candidate for the employer, we will do no force fitting. We will keep looking until we find that ideal match.

And there you have two more “c” words that describe C-People: conscientious and correct. We can't live with ourselves until we put the correct person into the correct job.
