The Right HR Expert

Until quite recently, corporate departments of human resources were pretty well hidden, having charge only of administrative duties related to maintaining a productive and happy workforce. They still do that, but increasingly they are also seeing the light of day. Many directors of human resources are now pro-actively suggesting and changing policies, making upper management cognizant of the importance of the company's workforce to the firm's financial success. If you have a background as a human resources generalist and can demonstrate examples of your being pro-active, C-People may have a sweet management job in your future in one of these areas:

Recruitment Director: Like to travel? Like to participate in profitable hiring decisions? Like to work with people like those you find at C-People (and who wouldn't!)? All you have to do is register with us. We will put you into the best jobs as:

Compensation Manager: You may prefer to make your mark in a small company where the duties of Compensation Manager and Employee Benefits Director are combined. Or you might want to specialize in a larger corporation. Either way, we'll be on top of your wants and needs.

Director Of Human Resources: You work directly with the CEO on policy and procedures and supervising the activities of any or all of the above positions. You may also have working for you such staff as job analyst, employee welfare manager, director of industrial relations, international human resources manager, and human resources information system specialists.

Training and Development Manager: If your background and education are in Instructional Design and Development or Instructional Technology and you are flexible as to where you would like to make a career, C-People will know where you are needed.
